Feet. All ballet dancers dream about having beautiful pointed feet and high arches. Although some of us may not naturally have flexible feet, there are many stretches and exercises you can do to help improve your range of motion and build up strength in your feet!

Improve your arches, strengthen your feet

We often get a lot of questions on how to effectively strengthen and stretch your feet. Many dancers have low or fallen arches which can overtime cause pain or tendonitis in the feet, ankles, and knees. However, there are strengthening exercises you can do to help improve your arches while preventing them from continuing to fall in. Check out our tips below!
